Meet the Calisthenics Victoria Team
Lisa Glassborow
Acting CEO
Lisa has worked with Calisthenics Victoria for the past five years as a communications consultant. She has an extensive background in calisthenics having been a performer for 20+ years, a coach, and assistant principal of Yarra Valley Calisthenics College, Victorian State Team Coach and NT Development Officer for the past 10 years. With over 20 years of Marketing and Communications experience both in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Lisa is looking forward to inspiring more people to connect with calisthenics and to contributing to a strong, positive culture.

Stephanie Millar
Administration Manager
Steph joined the Calisthenics Victoria team in June 2016 and has been heavily involved with calisthenics as a competitor for 21 years and a coach for 12. She has also been the convenor of South Eastern Solo Competition for 5 years. Stephanie’s Bachelor of Arts/Law degree, combined with her passion for our sport creates a professional platform for her to support our membership all year round.

Sarah Carthew
Events Manager
A well-known member of the Cali Community, Sarah, is the events manager at Calisthenics Victoria. Having worked with Calisthenics for over 20 years in a variety of different roles and capacities. This newly created role will draw on all of Sarah’s experience and knowledge to deliver high quality, fun and friendly events for Calisthenics Victoria. She has been involved in calisthenics for 42 years as a competitor, adjudicator and coach and has worked full time as an event manager for outdoor events in the City of Melbourne.

Courtney Barlow
Marketing and Communications Coordinator Relatively new to calisthenics, but a seasoned stage performer, Courtney has a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Public Relations and minors in Human Resources and Marketing. She brings to the team a fresh approach and knowledge relative to her generation around digital marketing and how calisthenics can benefit from its fresh new look.

Iolanda Marinov
Club and Community Development Manager Our most recent addition to the team, Iolanda joined us in December 2017. Iolanda has been involved with calisthenics for 42 years as a principal coach for Hawthorn, competitor, skills examiner and skills coach and recently received the Skills Coach of the Year award in 2017. Iolanda’s previous experience as a program administrator for a gymnastics club in Victoria and Diploma of Teaching will support her to provide outstanding support to our clubs.

Cherie Zealley
Coach Development Manager
Cherie has been involved with Calisthenics as both a coach and performer for over 40 years. She began working for the VCCA in 2014 and following the amalgamation in 2017 Cherie joined the Calisthenics Victoria team ensuring our coaches are supported. Prior to her position with Calisthenics Victoria, Cherie worked in hospitality management. Cherie’s love of calisthenics and her innate knowledge as a coach provides her with a strong platform to deliver excellence to our coaches.

Tracy Channon
Accounts
Tracy is a business service Manager and bookkeeper who works for sports accounting Australia. She is be handling all of Calisthenics Victoria’s accounts and will be in the office on Mondays from 9am-3pm. She can also be contacted via email with any account enquiries. We are delighted to be working with Tracy.
